WP1 coordinates activities across all the WPs and takes care of administration and communication within the project and with the EC. It includes overall management and coordination of the implementation of the work, i.e. the reporting and decision-making process for the duration of the project, monitoring of the progress of the whole work plan, as well as cost-, risk- and quality-management via the monitoring of quality indicators throughout the project.
Deliverables: WP1 will deliver meeting schedule, including annual progress meeting and end event; implement QA & risk procedure and deliver the first version of data management plan (DMP).
