WP3 will develop and deploy a federated data access and process architecture making data accessible.
Objectives:
- To identify standardised methods and infrastructures that already enable, or are being developed to enable, data deposition and management and federated access to data across cohort sources, globally.
- To extend, professionalise, and facilitate widespread deployment of federated data access infrastructure into the cohorts that make up the networks in this project, and beyond.
- To simplify, streamline, and promote data (re)use for research towards personalised medicine within an appropriate governance framework.
Deliverables: WP3 will deliver system for data deposition to the cohorts as basis for federated access, including standardised DataSHIELD open APIs (that can be implemented by cohort database software providers), system to distribute analysis capabilities, suitable SOPs, monitoring options, training materials and support to the cohorts.
