WP4 will deliver the methodological framework and computational tools for cohort data curation and harmonisation making data interoperable.
Objectives:
- To develop the methodological framework and integrated suite of software applications support high quality and cost efficient data harmonization of longitudinal data across studies.
- To test the platform developed by harmonizing a subset of data of interest to answer scientific questions addressed by the consortium.
Deliverables: WP4 will deliver the core set of harmonized variables as basis for interoperability needed for pooled (federated) analysis in WP5, including guidelines how to produce the harmonized variables and computational methods to support the harmonization process.
